FARGO - Witnesses didn't have any description of a thief who struck a south Fargo restaurant Thursday night, April 20.

Luna Fargo, 1539 S. University Drive, was getting ready to close at about 10:30 p.m. when someone ran in, grabbed the money bag sitting on the counter and took off, police say.

Originally, police thought the call was for a burglary in progress and blocked off streets in the area. No weapons were used, and no one was hurt.

It's unknown how much cash the thief stole.
